You are as a Customer Service Representative in the Bionutrics team, the contact point for the retail French speaking market by telephone, e-mail or chat.
You collaborate at the development and the implementation of the chat function for our customers.
Your principal task consists in the realization of a perfect order flow, from order entry to invoicing. You follow the whole process from a-z. Moreover, you register and treat the incoming complaints. You formulate preventive propositions to avoid those complaints in the future. At last, you provide support during the processing of marketing campaigns (samples, free products, creations of relations,…).
You report to the customer service team leader of Bionutrics.
